Library · Early access
Write it once. Answer it in every chat.
Put your policies, docs, and FAQs in the Library and choose what each AI agent reads. Publish articles and updates customers can browse in your widget without starting a conversation.
Get early access- Files, website pages, snippets, and Q&A
- Chosen per agent
- Articles in the widget’s Help and News tabs
Your agent only knows what you give it.
Your return policy lives in a PDF, the setup guide on your website, and the exception for annual plans in someone’s head. Bring them into the Library and your agent answers from the same source your team trusts.
Bring what you already have
Upload files, crawl pages from your website, paste a text snippet, or write a question with its exact answer. Each item is extracted for AI to read.
The right knowledge for each agent
Pick which Library items each agent uses. Your customer agent reads the public docs; an internal agent can read the playbook.
Answers customers can browse
Publish articles to the widget’s Help tab and announcements to its News tab. Some customers want to read, not ask.
From scattered docs to grounded answers.
Fill the Library
Add the files, pages, snippets, and Q&A that hold your real answers, including the edge cases.
Assign it to agents
Choose the items each agent may use, and check what’s internal before a customer-facing agent sees it.
Publish for customers
Write articles as drafts, then publish them as public or private. Public ones appear in your widget’s Help and News tabs.
Knowledge that does the work.
The same material answers customers, guides new users, and keeps your team consistent.
Policy and product answers
Ground every refund, shipping, and pricing answer in the policy text, not the agent’s guess.
Setup guides in the widget
Publish step-by-step articles new customers can open from the Help tab mid-setup.
Agents with a defined scope
Give each agent only the knowledge its role needs, so a sales agent doesn’t quote the internal escalation process.
Finding the gaps
Spot the recurring questions your answers fall short on, then write the article or Q&A that fixes them.
Two places for knowledge. One job.
The Library is what your agents read. Articles are what your customers read. Both keep your answers consistent.
- Four kinds of Library items
- Files, website pages, text snippets, and Q&A pairs, each extracted so AI can use it.
- Per-agent selection
- Every agent and deployment uses the knowledge you choose for it, and nothing else.
- Draft and publish
- Write articles as drafts and publish when they’re ready. Mark each one public or private.
- Help and News tabs
- Published articles appear in your website widget, where customers can browse help and read product updates.
Questions about Library
What can I add to the Library?
Files, pages crawled from a website, text snippets, and Q&A pairs. Each is extracted so your AI agents can answer from it.
Does every agent see everything in the Library?
No. You choose which items each agent uses, so internal material stays away from customer-facing agents.
Where do customers see published articles?
In your website widget. Help articles appear in the Help tab and announcements in the News tab.
When should I write a Q&A instead of uploading a document?
When a question needs one exact answer, like a cancellation deadline or a price exception. A Q&A states it plainly so the agent doesn’t have to piece it together.
Is there a public help center website?
Not yet. A public, searchable Help Center built from your published articles is coming soon. Today, published articles appear in the widget’s Help and News tabs.
