Inactivity Policy
This page explains how inactive accounts and workspaces may be handled to protect users and keep hosted resources reliable.
Last updated April 21, 2026
What counts as inactivity
An account or workspace may be considered inactive when there are no sign-ins, API calls, billing events, published-page updates, or other meaningful product activity for an extended period.
Before action is taken
- We may send notices to account owners or administrators.
- We may pause nonessential processing or public resources for unpaid or abandoned workspaces.
- We may ask an administrator to confirm whether the workspace should remain active.
Possible outcomes
Inactive accounts may be archived, suspended, deleted, or have public surfaces disabled when required for security, billing, operational, or legal reasons.
Keeping access active
Sign in, keep billing details current, respond to account notices, and maintain at least one active administrator for important workspaces.
