How to request deletion

Contact support from the email address on the account. Include the workspace name, the account email, and whether you want account deletion, workspace deletion, or a narrower data request.

What may be deleted

• Account profile data connected to your email address.
• Workspace content you own or are authorized to remove.
• Uploaded files, Library items, agent data, and related operational records when deletion is allowed.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, legal compliance, dispute handling, backups, or audit logs.

Timing and confirmation

We may ask you to verify ownership before processing. After a valid request is confirmed, we process deletion according to operational and legal requirements.
